The Deputy Government General Counsel, Attorney Rachel Gottlieb, has denied (Hebrew) the request of the attorney of former prime minister Ehud Olmert to initiate a criminal investigation against the lawyers representing the state in his case. Olmert’s defense made the request after it turned out the prosecution gave one of the witnesses a written brief, preparing her for her testimony.
