The Tel Aviv District Court acquitted Elik Leder and Yakov Svardelik in the fictive accounts and money laundering charges associated with the Hayarkon Street branch of Bank Hapoalim. The judge criticized the state, and ruled that the prosecutor had withheld investigative materials and committed perjury by making false statements in the Court.
