Attorney Yehudit Karp, former deputy Attorney General, sent a letter to the current Attorney General, Yehuda Weinstein, as well as to Minister of Justice Ya’akov Ne’eman, and to State Comptroller Micha Lindenstrauss. Karp’s letter details a series of commitments to the High Court of Justice which the state made and breached, as well as a number of cases in which the State Attorney’s office does not comply with the directions of the Attorney General about honoring judicial decisions.
