MK Moshe Matalon (Yisrael Beiteinu) has initiated a bill which would allow the Culture and Sport Minister to approve funding of performances which include artists who didn’t serve in the IDF, only if the funding organization will successfully prove that the existence of such a performance with this particular line up is adequate.
