In an Eilat conference of the Ariel Center for Policy Research, former Jerusalem police chief Miki Levy said “we have to keep Jerusalem by dividing it. The Arabs of East Jerusalem are not citizens of the State of Israel. Let’s say farewell to them [in peace]. We don’t need them. They are a burden. They endanger the Jewish entity. They go around in Jerusalem, messing with our girls and going out where we do.”
