The military court in Ofer Camp acquitted Muhammad Khatib, one of the leaders of the Bil’in demonstrations against the separation fence, of incitement, actions on behalf of a forbidden association and obstructing a soldier. The court criticized the behavior of the investigative bodies in Khativ’s case. According to Adv. Gabi Leski, Khativ’s attorney, the accusations against him were based on illegally-extracted testimonies from minors residing in the village. (Hebrew)
