Dog handlers from the IDF’s Oketz unit train their dogs using Palestinian vehicles driving through one of the roadblocks surrounding Ramallah.  The training exercise, which delays the Palestinians and is conducted without their permission, has been conducted several times in the past weeks, and according to testimony collected by “Breaking the Silence”, this is not the first time such exercises are conducted. The Jerusalem Administrative Affairs Court rejected an appeal by human rights organizations against the Interior Minister’s decision to stop providing “collective protection” to South Sudanese citizens who live in Israel.  The court’s decision means that the Government could start deporting South Sudanese citizens.

On Tuesday, an Arab man wandering through Jerusalem’s Old City was attacked by Jews, who pepper sprayed and beat him.  The Arab was hit on the head and escaped from the scene.
