Police detectives were filmed beating Yaakov Hazan, a Netanya resident who was suspect of drug possession, allegedly without any actions on his behalf. According to Hazan, although a complaint was filed to the Internal Affairs Department against the detectives, in the seven months following the complaint, he was not even contacted in order to give testimony on the events.
